Guests will meet Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva, scientific director of the Resort and creator of the Acquaviva Method, and the multidisciplinary staff of Palazzo di Varignana to learn strategies for dealing with the menopause in the best possible way. The Golden Age is a real revolution: where we used to look at this phase of life as the beginning of female decline, we now want women to look at it as the beginning of a new era, full of equally fulfilling and valuable values and meanings.

Health assessment
This program features the following health check-ups: Longevity Consultation (2 for the 7-night retreat), including a bioimpedance analysis - assessing body composition, oxidative stress, bone density, stress level, psychophysical performance and chronotype - a sleep assessment. The 7-night program also entails a customized nutritional programme with post-stay diet. Consultations and meetings with Dr. Annamaria Acquaviva or other nutritionists take place within a direct and exclusive relationship with the professionals, ensuring that sensitive data is processed solely by them.
Price: €180 for a 3-night retreat, €340 for a 7-night retreat
The amount will be invoiced and booked directly by the doctor and is tax-deductible

Conditions
- The cost of the package is per person for the nights and services indicated.
- The quotation includes 10% VAT and the services indicated in the offers.
- Any services not used are not deductible from the total package price.
- The programme as described envisages a stay of 3 nights/4 days, but it is possible to extend it to other days.
- Compulsory reservation for the traditional SPA pathway/treatments and Personal Trainer when booking the room or before arriving to help us best meet your needs.
- Dr Annamaria Acquaviva's services will be carried out by virtue of a direct relationship with the professional, with the latter issuing an invoice, and therefore sensitive data will be processed exclusively by the professional.

No penalty will be charged for cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, 100% of the package value will be charged.
