Amagioia Luxury Villa is built on two floors and has interiors with a timeless charm, in which classic and modern elements blend harmoniously. The recent restoration has created a welcoming yet refined environment, in keeping with the original design.

The ground floor comprises two comfortable bedrooms sleeping 4 people, both with a private bathroom. Thanks to the large windows on the patio, the living room is very bright and has direct access to the garden. An imposing wooden staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a living room and three bedrooms: two deluxe rooms and a junior suite, both with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom features a very special walk-in shower that connects the sleeping area to the bathroom.

The two levels of the residence are connected by a majestic two-story library designed by local artisans, while on the ground floor, a greenhouse of over 40 sqm opens onto the private garden housing some oaks part of a unique collection in Italy. 

Guests can have all their meals in the nearby restaurant of the resort, request the private chef service or, those inclined to cook can do so in the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.

The facilities of the nearby Palazzo di Varignana resort (spa, restaurants, etc.) are available for guests at special rates.
